...since you brought up Kjerag alts, I just want to post this as a follow-up

So all the ops have a file number, which is two letters and two digits. If you go to the Karlan faction in the internal records in your game, you can see that they're all "JCxx". They're in numbered order, so you have:
>JC00
>JC01
>JC02, JC03, JC04
>JC05, JC06 (*smooch*), JC07
>...
>and JC09
For some reason, there's no JC08. Well, waaay back in like 2021 before Gnosis came out, this same phenomena happened with JC02. JC02 was just skipped. Gnosis was shown in the early Kjerag artwork, so you could guess that he was eventually going to be an operator and that JC02 was probably for him. This again happened with Degen and JC07. Based on this, I think JC08 promises that there is going to be another Kjerag operator.
The other thing I wanted to show is pure silly speculation. Kjera is JC00, which makes sense, she's Kjerag's goddess. SilverAsh is JC01, and that makes sense, he's the leader of the faction. But something to consider, when ops gets alts, their file number changes. Usually it's to some new or related faction, but in some cases where the faction stays the same, I noticed that sometimes their number flipped:
>Jessica is BS03 and her alt is BS30
>Silence is RL01 and her alt is RL10
The rest of the same-faction file numbers change in different ways (Blaze is RE41 to REX1, Leizi is YD05 to YD25), so not a pattern. But oddly this only happens with the two sole Columbian alts, and as we know, Kjerag 3 will be related to Rhine Lab.
If you took SilverAsh's file no:
>JC01
and flipped it, it becomes...
>JC10
which perfectly aligns and completes the other Karlan file numbers as the leader. He could also just be JC08... (Occam's Razor never loses...) or they could disregard the numbers entirely, but my fun theory is I think JC08 will be a new Kjerag operator and a SA alt would be JC10.
