I work with an Indian guy. He has been here longer than me. He is absolutely brain dead. He deletes support emails w/o answering them. Or 50/50 chance he replies with a total bullshit made up answer. Users write back mad like 'did you even read my email'. Any poltard could do better than him after 3 months on the job.

My gf co outsources *some* IT to an American company who then outsources to India. It's literally a years long fight to get them to do anything. My gf says out of 20 Indians they had to deal with only 1 was competent and that person quit.
