Managed to gamba my way into upgrading Okyuu's Senkyakubanrai up to the Maximum +10 with those not-guaranteed whetstones. I'd say she definitely deserves it. Do these only get given out during the alien events?

also, does anyone know if any of the past boss events will ever get rerun? I'd really like some of those old proofs, like the Stone Dragon or Ancient Ship.
