Think about it.
EVERYTHING we measure has to show up as some kind of sensory experience.
The great gadgets observing distant galaxies to the data centers laundering money for rich folks to holy scriptures and drugs.
It all has to somehow, no matter how abstract or distant, resolve in our senses, or else it would not exist. If all humans died, we wouldn't dream/sense reality.
I know this sounds crazy, but it is so.
The choice is believing there really is a world out there, or believing it might be a group hallucination.
Maybe this can help with getting out of it?
