Is this what the average /vn/ thread is like, or did I just pick a bad day to check the general? Are you all always this… mentally sane? Just purely posting off-topic without any real discussion about the novels?

Do you ever feel like every second you spend on entertainment media is just a complete waste of your life, like you’re slowly killing yourself in a cowardly way because you don’t have the courage to just end it instantly? Thoughts like that make me barely have the motivation to read visual novels or do anything at all. I feel like my life isn’t being used in the right way. And even when I think about creating something meaningful for humanity to remember me by, it still feels like nothing. Even if I changed the entire world, what would be the point if I couldn’t feel satisfied with it?... Maybe I really need to read something by Jun Maeda to fix myself before I do something drastic~

My weird side’s showing, and I don’t want to ruin my perfect image just yet. I’ll stop for now and go do some cardio before going to work. If I come back and the thread’s behaving, I’ll blogpost more for you~
