I genuinely love FGO, I obviously recognise its flaws and the fact it has the trappings of gacha as well, but I enjoy the gameplay, characters, music, story and community and all that, but I can honestly say, if FGO ends after the Lostbelts I'd be fine with that. It had a great run and I'd rather it walk off into the sunset on its own terms after finishing an insanely huge story like this.
As far as I'm concerned the best outcome is FGO going into maintenance mode next year, with maybe some lighter hearted events to wind down, and Nasu and Takeuchi going hands off so they can actually work on Red Garden or Mahoyo 2.
