>Go with her. But before that, try to convince Squid to give her the contents of her Digivice, even if she can't keep the actual thing. Letting her leave with Digimon data might cause a future problem, but you're empathetic to the pain of losing your partner. You felt like the world was going to end when Sealsdramon stabbed Porcupamon, you know how much she must be hurting after Leomon's demise.

You head over to Squid.

"Hey-" You put your hand on her shoulder so she can't slip away. You have to be fast. "-I'm going with her. I need to find my way home anyway."

"You sure you don't want to stay? We can shelter you, there's-"

"No, I don't want to be around right now. It's for the best that I just go. I'll be careful, unlike her."

"Nothing to worry about here."

"Okay. See you, Marnie. Thanks for everything today, if we didn't have you..."

"If you want to thank me, do me a little favor. Empty out the Digivice for me?"

"But there's vital info in here! Leomon's traces could be-"

"Squid... It's all she has left of him. We're already kicking her out."

"Plus, if she has that little bit of hope, she's less likely to do something stupid when out on the surface." Phascomon adds, trying to quickly capitalize on ToyAgumon's support.

Luckily for you, Squid doesn't need more convincing than that. She nods and holds the Digivice out. You tap your Linker to the two metal prongs on the prototype dock and place the data in your backup slot.

"Thanks. See you soon?"

"Yeah, please be careful out there! I really want to ask you so much about your partner... But not today."

She crouches to try and pet Phascomon's head, but he scurries towards the entrance, where Liza is slowly shuffling out. You follow along, and quickly catch up to her. You don't bother turning back to look at the rest of them.
