It really is. Skill dmg is so much better than atk, and HP does nothing for her.

Not when pyro has pic-related. Also you can never have too much duration on lynn, it's not a dead stat like hp for lisbell. And then anemo has the 114% skill dmg wedge. meanwhile lumino has a crit rate buff. Not bad, but nowhere near 114% skill dmg.
