It is really jarring going from a city full of life, where you were surrounded by people, with a different adventure or new sights to see everyday, back to home where you're surrounded by suburbs and people's idea of a cool hang out is the gas station and walmart. As a first time traveler, after living my entire life thinking that its fine to be a shut in stay at home guy, I'm coming back home and realizing how shitty it is. I've been home less than 24 hours and I'm already wishing I was somewhere else.

Has this feeling ever went away for you or is it something that just continues forever even for experienced travelers?
