If we go by strongest units of each element, then fire is the strongest with RRH and iron as well I guess since she counts for that. The weakest would be pretty close between wind or water since SBS and SDoro are very close in dmg. If RRH doesn't count for iron, then iron would be the weakest
If we go by coverage of units overall then wind is by far the weakest right now with the only real meta DPS being SBS, WAsuka and Siren (who is technically just a supporter) and the strongest will probably be fire once the Absolute upgrades all release and are confirmed to be meta. Otherwise elec, fire, iron and water all have very good coverage now with each element having 6+ units that could be considered meta DPS for SR
