Honestly, that's the worst way to go about it. Your abilities should be independent of any guild rank nonsense or else you are completely beholden to the guild. A slave in all but name.
Think more like you are a HOMM hero with your summons as your army. Where your summoning ability is what determines the power, quality and quantity of your army.
