Chapter 7 ended as pic related. In what was suppose to be a standard beatdown by the Villain to the Hero in a typical Villain series, the Villain MC was thoroughly and embarassinly btfo by the Hero despite his training and buildup which led to many readers getting really annoyed nor was there any hint of this being an illusion or a dream.

Since this chapter was released last June 7, no new chapter came out nor is there any sign of life from the Mangaka's Twitter feed except this tweet a week after said chapter saying "he is sick".
