That and RS1 and RO2 were probably my favorite shooter experiences of the past 15 years. I've had good runs in arma 3 and others but they were just the perfect encapsulation of pick-up-and-go casual but not too casual shooters. And to this day I praise how they were able to make the fucking Japanese the more fun to play. They could have easily gotten rid of the extra type100 for assault troopers and it'd still have been fun despite the asymmetry and dogshit weapons. The monopod just made it so you had to git gud with the type 99. 91, whatever.
