All our media and bloggers (both Ukrainian and pro-Ukrainian Western) present this landing as something extraordinary and heroic. In fact, it is nonsense, which both Butusov and analyst Andrew Perpetua talked about. They went to such absurdity, probably because of the complete chaos in the command.

Instead of organizing a normal defense there, they are now throwing the SSO there. They are throwing them as attack aircraft. This is how my cousin died. He has been in this war since 2014, passed the Donetsk airport and Debaltseve, where he was literally pulled out from under the bodies of the dead. A man who had trained for 15 years, including abroad, died from a mine during one of these "fillings of lost positions" by the SSO forces.

The SSO are as mortal as ordinary infantry. And no special skills will save you during frontal assaults from KABs, drones and artillery. Such specialists should not storm head-on positions lost due to the miscalculations of the generals and Syrsky. After all, it takes years to train a professional SSO fighter. And just throwing them into a meat grinder like that is a crime. It's like putting out a large-scale fire with a half-empty bucket, because before that they neglected fire safety, sold the fire engine and fired the firefighters.
