See, while it's true that women will have a limited window of their lives to be a baby factory and/or cum dumpster, but unless you really crank up the sci-fi and say some wild shit like "they're vat-grown clones" or "they're raised in a hyperbaric time chamber" you have a lot of human life expectancy unaccounted for. As the guy who cooked up the boarding school complexes and brings them up over and over, I do it because it solves the "too young" and the "too old" problems by keeping them preoccupied with one another. The Logan's Run option always just seemed wasteful, and besides there will be masters with particular tastes; could be an old guy who likes keeping the age gap small, could be some younger guy who just wants a GILF or two on deck.

Besides, if you're going out on a limb to freely toy with the cycles of human bodily development, you're almost certainly at the sci-fi tech level you can do telomere repair and stave off aging. Maybe it's not as flashy as implanting instructions into someone's skull with brain chip uploads or Ludovico technique, but it's a much more reliable way to get a 20-year-old body with 30 years of dick skills.
