Women in combat roles.

Since the future of combat is a terminal, an office chair in an air conditioned room, it is not impossible for women to participate in combat, by being the eyes on the sky over every soldier's location on the combat zone.
Each drone pilot has two drones in the sky on a single screen, one to hit the target, and the other to film the hitting of the target. Women are completely capable of that as long as the screen changes the appearance of the enemy to that of bugs or beasts.
