In my case, I really enjoyed the Doujin despite not being a big fan of loli x ugly bastard pairings. Sasha was really loving, and despite being a little slut, she had her limits because she was still a kid after all. The Sasha from the serialized manga is just your typical cartoonish NTR slut who laughs while two guys fuck her in front of her romantic interest, who can be punched and kicked but gets turned on instead of upset because she's that much of a slut. The character could easily be a teenager or a young adult and it wouldn't make a difference.

The MC spent over 30 chapters developing romantic feelings for her and thinking he was the only guy in her life, only to find out that she had been fucking a lot of guys all that time. There's also the fact that due to his lack of experience, he's at a disadvantage compared to her other sexual partners. This screams NTR from every angle; you'd have to be blind not to see it.
