Not SF2.
The original creator of Street Fighter 1 left Capcom before Street Fighter 2 and made Fatal Fury which spawned the rest of the SNK fighters like KoF and AoF.
IIRC Terry was supposed to be the guy from the intro of Street Fighter 1.
