Warm-hot water bath or run it under a faucet. Dish soap on the fingers and finger that thang, then rinse until the bubbles stop.

As for drying, paper towel tampons. Don't skimp on paper towels, get the good stuff (Kirkland gang). Roll it up and slowly feed it into the hole. If you need to, especially for the slightly deeper holes, roll up a second and keep pushing them in. Take them out slowly and as a bonus get some extra wipes in while you're at it. Probe the inside with a finger or stick and if it's too damp do it again. It helps to tell the difference between just cold material and actually wet insides.

The outside is a given, it should be washed along with the inside (lube and seed and all gets on it) and dried until it becomes sticky at which point you finish it off with baby powder so it stops being sticky.

Sounds like work but paper is cheaper than losing an onahole, and I got it down fast enough where the whole cleanup is just three to five minutes tops even when I make an extra pass with the paper towels.
