this is why the whole project is doomed to fail. we've done shock and awe for decades and it only succeeds if your only goal is to destroy infrastructure. it doesn't actually destroy terrorist cells and militias, especially if they're bunkered in and hiding among the populace. i wonder what Zamir is thinking rn, or if he even has a choice in the matter.
