In this timeline he managed to make the thirty five billion dollars set aside for California’s high speed rail vanish straight into his and his friends’ pockets. The trains never came. The tracks were never laid. What remained were a few ceremonial shovels stuck in the dirt and a string of empty groundbreaking photo ops. Meanwhile his allies in Sacramento built beach houses and Napa estates with the spoils.
He does support Israel though.
