25. While other departments like USDA has housing programs we can use to encourage remigration and deter immigration, HUD has even more options regarding housing. Between barring non-citizens from receiving HUD loans and ordering immediate foreclosure of all non-citizens who do not pay their mortgages on a timely manner, as well as reporting delinquent migrants to ICE for their prompt removal from the USA, you'd think HUD already has enough power to physically remove them from our Country. They also control their rent, and they can issue an order to landlords saying they need to prove the citizenship of all tenants living in federally subsidized housing. HUD also has information on how many "ineligible persons" live in Section 8 units, which can be sent to ICE to ensure that illegals using government-funded housing are promptly removed. They also have an office dedicated to helping foreigners to become landlords with government loans and subsidies. Imagine if we slammed all of those foreigners with regulations at once, and then foreclosed all of the apartment complexes they own when they fail to implement all of HUD's directives in a timely and prompt manner. It's time for some Americans to become landlords on the public dime, instead of foreigners!
26. HUD can also restrict H1B and other immigrant labor in the housing market of course, and one reasonable method would just be to impose minimum wages and other fair labor standards on non-citizen workers involved. Of course, cracking down on bad landlords is another power of HUD which can be used to foreclose on foreign landlords and other bad actors.
27. HUD's Offices of Community Planning and Development and Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity are responsible for helpin disadvantaged areas, desegregating your neighborhood, and ensuring diversity. That's exactly why we'll use them to support White suburban towns and move White Americans into neighborhoods where foreigners are leaving!
