Good question. Just took a look and the answer is:
Their boots folder has two boot folders, which are 129mb each for a total of 258mb.
They both hold the same six textures which are duplicates of the kit texture in 4k x 4k, with the kit texture taking a small piece of that and the actual useful part taking an even tinier part.
