Neither. The original plan was for the gym leaders and E4 to be more specifically Mint related. Nimi's gyms and E4 will mostly be characters from her roleplay ASMRs, for example. Though I'm not sure what to do for Minto in that regard; maybe Metal Gear characters and idols? Or Metal Gear characters AS idols? I'm very open to ideas on what to do there.

The Sloppies would then be high-difficulty post-game trainers spread throughout the regions, with the implication being they're all the player characters of their own regions after their own adventures. Not necessarily any specific types, but maybe themed to suit them overall. And I don't see why Mega Victreebel couldn't be on someone's team if it suits them.
