At best we are getting two lobotomy ids every half a year. Ten years of gacha mean 20 lobotomy ids (24 if they want every sinner to have two). There are 8 aleph and 25 waw abnormalities in lobotomy corporation. These are plenty enough abnormalities to pick ids from, though i admit not all of them are super popular.
