Volquartsen auto bolt release, use a file, or buy a Harbor Freight "Dremel" which is surprisingly good and won't gorilla strength torque itself out of your hand. You have to go slow but it surprisingly works well; I actually prefer it for delicate operations due to the lack of torque (+3 sec auto-shutoff when it jams), and small size. I don't know how the fuck it functions for $10 but it also comes with a ton of attachments and a whole tube of cutoff wheels all for the same price you'd pay for a tube of Dremel brand cutoff wheels.
