my pelvis was crushed by a falling 2 ton cargo container. Broke both femurs, fractured 5 ribs and L2 to L4 transverse, ruptured kidneys.
They had to do surgery to put hardware in my pelvis and femurs. When they do pelvic surgery they cut you open and have to take out your intestines to get at the pelvis, so I had to deal with constipation for a month after. But I'm lucky and happy to be alive and living day to day but trying to fill it with real interactions. I still back slide and will spend a whole ass day online not leaving my apartment but it's a work in progress.

I know the alpha male bs is made up. I'm saying that is what other expect of me.
I don't know enough about the subjects of psychology and psychotherapy but I know it has helped many with PTSD and I suffered a little of that from my accident. Besides all of that I just think EVERYBODY needs someone they can talk to without judgement.
