At most during a big event you can spend minimum $130-150 or $200-$400 like during an ani if you count the yearly 2x prime refresh.

For a Normal rate up you'd probably spend $35ish monthly rounding up(the monthly card and 10 ticket pack + primes) $50/60 if there's something you need that has primes? Depends on how you want to spend, if you really want something and your luck of course. Like quality of life stuff for fast chips and skill tickets.
