Learn how it works, here's some pointers.
Best campaign pushing team
>Crown, RRH, Siren, RH, THelm/MMast
RH can be substituted for DPS of different elements with good wave clear like Ein (elec), SBS (wind), QEQ (water) and RRH already covers fire and iron. MMast is more for bosses I'd say while THelm is better for regular stages.

Most team comps are build around the supports, there's a couple meta comps.
Crown team (strongest meta team)
>B1 CDR, Crown, B3 DPS, B3 DPS, MMast/THelm/Naga (boss with core)
PMaid team
>B1 CDR, MMast, B3 DPS, B3 DPS, MAnchor
BAde/Grave/Mari team (Solo B2 buffers)
>B1 CDR, BAde/Grave/Mari, B3 DPS, B3 DPS, Flex
JKs team (only boss with core)
>Tia, B1 CDR, Naga, B3 DPS, B3 DPS
Bunnies team (not really meta anymore)
>B1 CDR, Blanc, B3 DPS, B3 DPS, Noir

B1 CDR units used in order of strength
>Siren > Liter > Rouge > DWife > Volume
B3 DPS used divided by element in order of strength
>Fire: RRH, MiharaOS, Alice, Modernia, Asuka, TDrake, Rei, VestiTU, 2B
>Water: SDoro, THelm, CLud, QEQ, SElegg, Bready, Phantom, CGuillo
>Wind: SBS, WAsuka, SSakura, ReiTN, Mana, Noir
>Elec: Cinderella, CMaiden, SAnis, Ein, Scarlet, Isabel, MPriv, K
>Iron: RRH, Raven, Eve, RH, SW, TJulia, Maxwell, TLaplace

There's also some special comps like the SG team, but that's SR only anyway and every SR boss differs too so for that just copy teams of higher ranks or ask in the thread during the SR.
