We were talking about invasive plants. My coworker said that one of them (oriental bittersweet) just looked like any other plant. I said it is pretty recognizable, she said it looked like any other plant.
I said something along the lines of, "well, you live in [city that is part of the big city around here]" with the additional implication that she has lived most of her life in cities, and she would have no reason to know about plants. She said there were forests in [city]. I was sceptical. She decided I was "bullying" her.

...Like I wasn't blaming her for not knowing a plant? If you live in a city you don't really need to know what plants are. And she's about the least nature-exposed person I know.
