Let’s be honest, this whole stance isn’t going to hold up in the long run. Once Master Mode drops and we’ve caught up to all the Season 1 content, then what? Do you genuinely expect everyone to keep playing the way they are now in two months’ time?

>you're expected to play the game to some extent as the main goal of being in a guild is to have people to play with
>we do notice who simply isn't interested in playing the game.
Right, let’s address the elephant in the room: your Vice Master and Captains.
Cliques are inevitable, it’s completely normal, but those in positions of authority with power should be setting an example, organising activities, and helping everyone out where they can. It’s funny how many of the people actually arranging crusades, guild hunts, and other activities on the daily aren’t even the ones in leadership roles.

Kenzou, you’re a genuinely solid leader, always willing to lend a hand, push people to take part, and bring the guild together. You’ve got the right energy, and some of your captains and your other vice captain share that as well.
But let’s talk about Sani, Isa, Jiggu, and Fely.
You hardly ever see any of those four organising or leading anything. Sani, especially, the perfect example. Highest gear score in the guild, yet does the bare minimum for everyone else. Could you even say he’s hosted a single thing for others? Most of the time he’s just doing things for himself, and only ever with a select small circle of people. Not exactly the sort of example you’d expect from a Vice Captain, especially compared to the other one who’s actually out there helping everyone.

f you demand people to be active, you should also consider letting those four be active with their own guild, making decisions isn't just something they should do but also engage with and host stuff for their fellow guildmates.
