Your average Giant male is about 20-22 meters tall, and females like Gerd around 17 meters tall. Road is the tallest "normal" Giant we have seen being 26 meters tall, while Morley is the shortest, being only 12 meters tall. Male Giants with Ancient Giant blood like Loki and Jarul are around 60 meters tall, while Estrid was around 40 meters from what we saw.

Harald is Kaido's Grandpappy. Harald probably raped/bukkake'd some human woman back when he was a proper Viking, before he met Ida. He was looking for the beautiful princess in the castle after all. Kaido is too short to be half Ancient Giant, but 1/4th Ancient Giant makes sense.
