We literally have all of that at a highter level than Finland or even Norway, while having way lower taxes. Mainly because we ditched the lunatic socialist shotgun approach policies, which only generate high taxes for the middle class like: free school meals, way too much days of parental leave, overly high subisdized daycare (that doesn't do anything for the fertility rate anyway).
