Sorta. I'm not totally sure what the game's real aim is broadly. I think it's main appeal is the movement and the Club Penguin-esque MMO interactivity/dicking around, it's fun to swing around the lobby, shake hands with other people and participate in the cooperative Huddle events. The other aspects feel fine but better in other games? Like I'd much rather try and build stuff in Minecraft where I can build a basic house in a matter of minutes, whereas building just a basic house in this game took me a few hours because the game expects you to fuse every individual block together to avoid shit falling apart due to gravity, placing sand blocks in lava individually to acquire glass, etc. There's faster ways to do these things (crafting vehicles to fuse things faster, visiting Moons to farm glass easier) but without knowing these things during the first Playtest, the game was really off-putting for me. And exploring new areas to gain Developer Levels is fine in concept, but, as far as I know, this game doesn't really have biomes on the main planet. Everywhere is just grassland, it gets old pretty fast (pic related is from one of the Moons that respawns on a regular schedule, not the main planet). That's probably my main complaint honestly. Building shit gets easier with more knowledge, but the exploration remains consistently dull. As for the Roblox-style creative tools, my imagination died in my teens so I can't really rate it. But I've heard it's good.
