You know what Trump really needs to do? There's a ton of these managers at these companies hiring loads of Indians who are still on green cards, hiring up tons of H1Bs and refusing to employ Americans. I bet tons of them gained citizenship or past visas by illegal means, including immigration fraud either as perpetrators or perhaps unknowing beneficiaries, even if they have citizenship.

It's time to lock them up. Pursue criminal charges against individuals engaging in H1B hirings. Revoke their citizenships and deport them. Imprison the ones who can't be deported for the maximum duration permitted by law. Throw the book at them, basically. This will cause Americans to rise the career ladder. The American product manager might become CPO and hire a senior software engineer to fill his previous role as a product manager, and then the new product manager will hire and even train a new software engineer to fill his previous role. It's going to elevate a lot of people who are suffering in this Country if the ones who are perpetrating all of these unfair labor practices are locked up. It sends a very strong message the moment one person goes to jail for a labor violation: Never do this.

Hell, if I were POTUS, I'd even just go wild and begin locking up random dudes who just mocked young employee for being a virgin. Sexual harassment! Whoa, he mocked a worker for being autistic? Sounds like he belongs in prison. All the American tech guys are on that spectrum, so only the foreigner will ever mock or demean them. I'd make executive orders to single out the acts that I want punished by imprisonment, and I'd make it temporary, more or less to send a message to management. You mock chastity? That's against our American moral values. You don't mock people for being faithful to Christ. You go to jail. You mock our autistics? The savants who really do well but aren't good at talking and like cartoons? Yeah, go to jail in Djibouti you foreign filth.
