Metro only exists because it is easier for devs to scale to shitty phones, tablets, and touch screens so it saves on costs. Anybody who thinks it looks good was brainwashed by corporations. They gaslight idiots into thinking lazy 2d black and gray and boxes is a good thing.
Aero was the peak of design driven towards being as visually appealing as possible.

In old USA cartoon shorts from the mid century to the 70s, Merry Melodies to Looney Tunes, Woody Woodpeck and most cartoons from those eras heavily feature them. And Japan also in the 90s had them in anime and video games. Why are they forgotten now. I kind of glad they are forgotten, why was Japan obsessed with them? Did they thought they were ancient warriors like the samurai or something.
