If it goes that far where a huge chunk of stolen wealth makes its "cinematic departure" with the illicit owners leaving the US, we'll either do it the quiet way where whatever the running total of our "debts" the country they flee to will be 10x'd and applied through tariffs (or extradite them back to us with a kickback from what was stolen and its okay hint hint), or we mine the water around the ports and hover outside the minefield, all the railways to their borders all start getting sabotaged at the same time, all flights grounded indifinitely because theres 100 tornadoes randomly and jelly in the emergency doors ... And we start incentivizing people without a pot to piss in to go burn parliament down / distribute and play bingo with kill lists.
