I usually eat something small in the morning and then a huge dinner, I could potentially fast until dinner but then it's harder not to eat a lot. I like the idea of a smoothie like that tho for a meal or in the morning

I run every other day via a treadmill in my room (picrel), currently I can last about 1.5-2 miles with a combination of running and walking when I can't run anymore, but it doesn't burn a lot of calories rn until I can build up more stamina to go longer. I want to get a pair of adjustable weights so I can do more than cardio but rn money is tight
