I don't think Onirism is going to reference the Citadel. Blood, Payday, Resident Evil or even Sexy Beach, that's one thing, but from what I heard of the Citadel, it's way too depraved.

I'm somewhat intersted in Psycho Patrol R. Is it similar to Cruelty Squad in terms of setting and general schizo factor? It does fell more grounded from what I gathered, the level textures aren't all colors of the rainbow.
