gave back most of yesterday's gains, but not quite all of them. ended the day on the lows, down 2.5%. gonna take a nap, do cable exercises in the gym later tonight. think the market should be higher, trading up, but it is starting to make a fool out of me. we'll see what happens...

up a little over 3% today, not sure exactly because 2nd biggest etf hasn't updated price all day, but it was up a lot. intc btbt wkey bynd biggest contributors. 7.55% leveraged.
