NTA but nothing she does in that field cannot be done better by other well established servants. Oberon,Merlin,Waver even Tamamo are not in danger of being put out of comission because of Olga and are ultimately even still preferred.
And that point of thinking is why people are kinda like "whatever" with Olga: shes just kinda pointless for most people because she doesnt actually add anything for anyone. Shes really just another looping AoE to toss into the already very capable pile. In comparison at least Ciel is a ST looper -and- she has some pretty high defenses and resistances on her making her a real star in boss fights.
