Yes, you put it there in the models>checkpoints folder, you need to refresh the UI with the R key for it to appear.
Let me be the first to tell you as a ComfyUI user, if you are not looking to do any wild stuff with custom nodes, you can get by with Forge like a lot of other users, its perfectly fine.
Now, if you are interested, I'll re-suggest you to install Stability Matrix, its a program where you can install Comfy, reForge, etc, as well as install your LoRas and keep everything up to date. I have been using it for years and it's very noob friendly.
From then on, I would suggest using the default comfy workflow until you get the hang of the basic nodes, don't jump into custom workflows because most are full of custom nodes and do a million things, go slow step by step or you will get frustrated and quit.
