One of these studies told the low-carb group to eat as much carbs as they want "until desired weight stabilized". Another told the low-carb group to add 5/g carbs weekly after reaching half their weight loss goal. Two more increased carbs to 50-60g/day. Only one kept the keto group at their original limit.

Notably the low-carb groups are all unlimited calorie. They are comparing unlimited calorie low-carb with restricted calorie.

Even if the results were the same, which they wouldn't be if they had just maintained low-carb long term without the carb increases, these studies all show the drastic superiority of low-carb.

Low-carb is so superior it has equal or better results while eating unlimited calories.
