Yeah it's the pashtuns, but a lot of the photos online are cherry-picked in a way to make an ethnicity look a certain way, which is not true for the average. They're beautiful people but I don't think they look european.
That said, we do have a lot of people with green eyes (buel) and lighter complexions, few with blonde hair (caxhur) and blue eyes.

Just the general consensus has always been self-determination with a "we'll decide what happens next later" mentality. Thoughbiet I feel as if people have grown more sympathetic to the pakistanis over the years.
