I'm going to repost some of my thoughts on this from the last thread.
This advice assumes you already have a partner who's into you and willing to play around with this stuff a bit. But the hope is to organically get her interested in this stuff on her own terms.

1. Might sound weird but women are very monkey-see/monkey-do. This would have been easier back in the day when tumblr was more prevalent and there wasn't all the crackdowns on ABDL social media but if there is an ABDL girl that fits her style and she can follow like an influencer, it could really help her in warming up to this stuff. This is actually another problem with this fetish, which is that most people still associate this kink with fat, gross men shitting themselves. Seeing girls legitimately enjoying this fetish gives people way better associations with it. I used to date a girl who got more used to the idea of ABDL after finding Sunny and thinking she was really cute and authentic.

2. Pull up a bunch of different options for ABDL diapers as well as clothes and accessories and show it all to her, and tell her to pick out the stuff that she thinks looks cute and buy it for her. You're buying her something which is already good. But she gets to pick out clothes. Stuff that she thinks looks cute and fits her style. And this also has the added benefit of, once it arrives, these are 'her diapers'. 'her onesies.' 'her pacifiers.' Which creates a positive association, but also this is stuff that was purposely bought for ageplay. So it feels like a waste not to use it for that purpose.
