I do that all the time because I keep choosing the most obscure characters what have no costumes. My favorite has to be my Necron 99 costume: the helmet was made from a baseball helmet with an antenna at the top attached via a cut Nerf dart and tape so it can stay relatively straight and the suit was made from some XXL clothes (that was the only size they had in such gaudy colors) I found for cheap at Walmart and held together by gardening boots, driving gloves, and a belt I used for my shooting gear. The head is the best part, as it was made from shooting glasses with yellow lenses for the eyes, a balaclava for the shadowy part of the face, and, get this, a red pair of shorts for the over-the-mouth mask. The rifle was just a real air rifle I had lying around (not loaded, obviously) because it looked like the marksman rifle the assassin had in the film.
Tonight, I'm dressing as Elvis from Perfect Dark.
