Give heroes more options, add a couple of generic spell lores that can fit into certain factions (every faction shouldn't have every lore but it would be nice to give my wizards more to do) different profiles for stuff like soggy units (I really like how a unit can exist as a fundamentally different version of itself)
I'm gonna say something REALLY FUCKING CRAZY: change how points are earned to be more like Underworlds. Standing on circles isn't for anything other than specific objectives you can set up to try and get, killing an entire unit provides a point (killing the enemy leader or big fuckoff monster unit provides more points) put out objective cards that you can choose X many of before the game. (could even put out additional packs and make sales on them GW, THINK ABOUT IT) this idea is probably dumb as fuck but here we are.
No more fucking double turn, just drop the concept entirely. Feels bad because you either don't get enough kills and lose by points or you completely steam roll the other guy. Have army books be physically available still, shrink size, SEPERATELY sell fluff books for the orders. (Death ,Destruction, Chaos, etc etc) just slap out a big fluff book for each one for people who want that sort of thing. (horrible idea but fuck it I'm just trying to spark conversation at this point)
Actually have a team focused around keeping shit balanced so you don't put out an army book just as a means of nerfing a faction like 6 months after that has already stabilized. (Nighthaunt, COUGH COUGH)
Then i dunno, make some new ROR rules and grand factions like: greenskins, legions of Nagash, etc etc.
