I don't think it's THAT dirty, bro.
It's just old. Literally nothing that a few texture edits can't fix.
I like the way the dingy school looks too.
But just because someone may have taken a Magic Eraser to some doors and floors doesn't mean the essence is lost. I have faith that they will make the school realistically decayed.
