Unlike the other game which gives you starter units then you roll or earn others including the protagonist and story moments give you trial units, TB gets his powerups as story progression therefore outside rolling for the bare minimum to clear said story, you don't profit from anyone rolling for TB the same way. What I mean is TB stronk = both less shilling for other characters and cutting into other character sales too.
