I had a friend who was just like you and after he deleted EVERYTHING from his account, and I mean EVERYTHING. (trashing artifacts, throwing away his 5* and 4* weapons into 3* etc) he was finally free.
fun fact: he got later hacked by a russian, who tried to rebuild the whole account from zero, rolled yoimiya, tried to farm artifacts from zero, tried to gear everyone from zero (weapons, artifacts etc etc), after 6 months I told him, he recovered the account and let it rot (rip russian's effort)
